Are you a Customer Services Manager seeking a new challenging role?
If you have a proven track record in this field and are fluent in German then we want to hear from you!!!
Office Angels are currently recruiting for our client in Angus to join this busy worldwide customer service function.
Your role will involve:
*Being the key interface between customers, their requirements and the production facility
*Overseeing processing of all customer orders
*Collaborating with the Production Planners to provide and update customer orders and forecast projections to them
*To retain and disseminate all customer correspondence as is necessary
*Maintain all relevant price lists and provide quotations upon request
*Liaising with dispatch to determine mode of transport
*Identify opportunities to improve department efficiencies
To be considered for this role you will have:
*Relevant experience of working as a Customer Service Manager
*Fluent in German is highly preferred
*Excellent communication skills
*Highly PC literate
*Be able to work within a team.
